1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Within Nairobi

  • Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days | KES 300–500
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 11:00 AM (subject to availability) | KES 500–800

3. Delivery Outside Nairobi (Kenya)

  • Upcountry Delivery: 2–5 business days via courier partners (G4S, Sendy, or similar)
  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on location and package weight
  • Remote areas may require additional transit time

4. Local Pickup Customers may collect orders in person from our retail location at Cookie House 1st Floor 119, Nairobi during business hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00am to 7:00pm

5. Shipping Carriers We partner with trusted Kenyan courier services including G4S, Sendy, Wells Fargo Kenya, and others depending on your location.

6. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details via SMS or email.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at 0716708029. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

8. High-Value Items Electronics above KES 50,000 may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

9. International Shipping We currently ship within Kenya only. International shipping is not available at this time.
